Operational Standards
1. Staffing & Vetting
We strictly adhere to BS 7858 vetting standards. Every Door Supervisor holds a current SIA licence, which is visibly displayed at all times while on duty. Random site inspections by our management team ensure uniform standards and punctuality are maintained.
2. Incident Reporting
Accurate record-keeping is essential for licensing and insurance purposes. Our teams utilise digital or paper-based incident logs (as per client preference) to record refusals, ejections, and incidents in real-time. These records are available for review by venue management and local authorities.
3. Handover & Communication
Effective security relies on communication. Our supervisors conduct pre-shift briefings to understand specific nightly requirements and post-shift debriefs to handover to venue management, ensuring any issues are flagged for follow-up.
